shop floor automation. Overcoming one technical barrier after another, she has driven the end-to-end optimization of

our product lines — from initial design all the way to final production — and has championed the introduction of

intelligent equipment and digital management systems for precise, highly efficient production. With decades of hands-on

experience and a deeply forward-looking vision, Ruby has laid a rock-solid technological foundation and set our unwavering

standard of quality. Her devotion and foresight are not only the basis of our transformative growth —

Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Fiona Zhang

A market pioneer among our second-generation leaders and a devoted steward of our long-term sustainability, Fiona brings a

systematic mindset to strengthening every facet of our management. She is committed to her own continuous learning, and she

actively encourages our key talent to join her in exploring cutting-edge programs — thoughtfully weaving fresh ideas into the daily

real-world experience. He brings modern methodologies into everyday practice and has built a sales ecosystem centered firmly on customer value. Drawing on market insight and careful strategic refinement, Allen works hand in hand with the sales team to open up new markets, deepen client partnerships, and drive steady, sustainable growth.

Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – Johnson

Driven by a mission to build the future through technology, Johnson focuses on digitalization and intelligent manufacturing. He continuously explores the forefront of industrial knowledge, leading the upgrade of our technology architecture and system integration. By seamlessly connecting MES, APS, ERP, and other systems, he enables intelligent coordination across production, supply chain, and data. His technical leadership provides the reliable backbone for business innovation —

creating a flexible, highly efficient technology foundation that lifts our manufacturing capabilities to an entirely new level.
